I've had a very positive experience with Dr. Carter and truly appreciate the care he provides to my 82-year-old father. Dr. Carter is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to our concerns. We feel fortunate to have him as my father's physician. Dr. Carter has been our Primary Care Physician for almost 16 yrs. He is the Best!! We've been blessed to have found him. He's compassionate, professional and very up to date. We hope to always be his patients. He's always there for us no matter what the issues are. We truly love him.
They only take medicaid for patients 18 and under.
I've been going to Dr. Carter for many years now. He always listens to me. He has always made referrals quickly, and is has shown concern for what I need and sees to it I get that help promptly. Like the staff too.
