Horrible empathy; stopped low dose rescue med with no weaning and no replacement med for a chronically ill patient with new tibia plateau fracture. When questioned he said, “she is still alive” ie hasn’t committed suicide yet (!!!) absolutely irresponsible medical malpractice.
