when i needed emergency help from him he would not call me back ,bad bad bad ,he missed the whole thing. i was an established patient.
Staff not perfect but Dr. Johnson seems to really listen and explains things in understandable terms along with his reasoning for his recommendations. Family members and some friends have switched to him because of this and that he takes as much time as needed.
Staff was nice and wait wasnt long, but once I got into see the doctor.. he really didnt ask any questions or even examine me. Just ordered an endoscopy immediately... Later found it was a gall bladder from my PCP. No real bedside manner either...
Poor follow -up.In the appointment,he gave little or no eye contact and came across as rude and unapproachable, making me extremly uncomfortable and I really wished I had picked another gastroenterologist.
