I had a visit in April 2026. Wow. Yes Dr Difrancesa does explain thoroughly. Not necessarily correctly. I found him to be more of a friendly salesman. His main interest was to sell me "proper" shoes and bill my insurance for mass made inserts. During my visit it came to me that he has created his own reviews. NO STAR!! Shysters! I would absolutely NOT recommend. My experience: Visit 1= Orthotics recommended, condition poorly explained $50 copay + recommended CBD cream $50 Visit 2= fitting for orthotics $50 copay Visit 3=try on and receive my Orthotics $50 copay..... I ended up finding out, after wearing them for a few hours that they were NOT my prescription! I had to exchange them personally. Aologetic. Luckily there was no $50 copay!
