I have been seeing Dr.Welter throughout my pregnancy. He is very professional and friendly. I brought my daughter one time as we both had different appointments. Dr. Welter answered all of my 9 year olds silly questions with a smile! He always explains things so the patient can understand and asks if there are any questions or concerns. I am a 3X c-section mom.. Surgery scares me! If my surgery does well I'd give 6 stars!
