Only cares about the money - not the patient! Went for stress test at PMMC and he recognized me as a former patient. Asked why I was having the test performed at PMMC and not his office. Explained I needed it done right away for surgery clearance and his office couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. He then walked out the door and I didn't see him again for the remainder of the test. Very arrogant and rude!!!
I needed to have an EKG for an upcoming surgery and doctor Krantzler would not clear me because of my results. He ordered a stress test and He was there for the whole 3 hours checking in on me for the test. After the test he thoroughly read the results and even brought in another doctor just to confirm the results to clear me for the operation. I was very comfortable speaking with him and explained everything what was going on with me. Also the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful.
The doctor seemed a bit removed though serious. The aids in the office are better suited for a Penitentiary environment than they are for medical service. I think this doctor could benefit from the influence of a different practice.
Myself as well as several family members (each passed now) were patients or have had Dr. Krantzler at some point. He is the most inconsiderate doctor with absolute no compassion and an enormous rate per hour. He diagnoses based on how he ‘sees’ the patient and is way off. I would never trust this doctor.
