Dr. Joseph Choi exudes professionalism. Possesses exceptional communication skills. Focuses on the problem and possible approaches. Does not rush to the most drastic solution. Having started in the financial world before a career change to medicine he made the right choice. Highly recommend. Office staff for scheduling are exceptional.
Update follows this initial review: Dr Choi and the Westfield Orthopedics staff from the Office Manager to the office folks were instrumental in the successful Total Knee Replacement that was performed last month. Very attentive from pre-op prep to post op resulting in a near painless procedure. On my 1 month anniversary already walking without a cane and no pain. Dr. Choi is an amazing provider. He treated my 10-year-old daughter for a broken wrist. Dr. Choi was very compassionate , spends time explaining the procedure and is respectful to all. He is very knowledgeable in his field and also pretty funny.
Dr. Choi repaired my shoulder and the process has been very smooth. There has been great support from the office post surgery. They made a difficult situation simple for me and thats all I could ask for.
