Worst Customer service ever! I traveled from Charlestown to Cranston in today's snow storm after being told that they were not cancelling appointments due to the weather. I was 20 minutes late due to the horrible travel conditions, when I received a phone call while right down the street from the office telling me to not come in because I am late. Really ? WW office does not return calls. Very displeased with them. Finally after office hours someone finally called.
Dr Cambio at first glance iI thought he was going to be a no personality dr. i couldnt have been more wrong. Nicest guy smiles all the time even jokes imagine that a Dr. jus expect a wait in johnston office 20min -2 hrs but still go on time juuuust incase
