Updated review: Further to the comments listed below, I have been contacted by Dr Brassil with an apology for the miscommunications that I received concerning my scheduled heart procedure. I feel that this was OUTSTANDINGLY GOOD communication from Dr Brassil - way over and above anything I could have expected from a very busy specialist Cardiologist. Dr Brassil is very difficult to contact about treatment and nursing staff are generally too busy to be of any help in a timely manner. They process patients much like a farmer processes livestock. Dr Brassil might be a very good doctor, but the practice is a procedural nightmare. I rang for advice recently and was told that unfortunately all practice doctors were out of the office for the entire week - they would leave a message for the Dr. My heart procedure has now been cancelled due to there being no response to my enquir... read more
