Had an 11:15 am appointment for my husband this week, we arrived about 20 minutes early. We weren't taken back to an exam room until almost 1pm. then more waiting, then moved to a different exam room. while walking to new room i saw Dr. B sitting in his darkened office blasting music that could be heard from quite a distance away.
