Our family absolutely loves Dr. Ballard! We followed him from Hope Mills and haven't looked back! ;) Great new space, great staff, and great care! We highly recommend him!

Dr. Ballard and his team are outstanding! Hometown, professional care at it's BEST!
Although the staff were friendly, I found the wait time to be very long. Two hours for a simple eye exam tells me they put no value on my time. In addition, they had my husband pass messages to me instead of calling me, gave me my husbands invoice instead of mailing it to him. I find this to be unethical. This was our first time at this clinic, it wasn't like they knew us or that we had gone in together.
