The care and skillful treatment I was fortunate enough to have from Dr. Roberson was exemplary. He is, in my view, one of the finest physicians one could hope to have. He removed an acoustic neuroma from my left ear nearly thirty years ago. The very complicated operation was successful and I never had any post operative issues. Terrible service- I have vertigo since my stapedectomy which has worsened and is now unbearable but he refuses to see me even after admitting that perhaps the prosthetic he put in was "too long". Front desk gave me an appt and Dr Roberson cancelled it without even talking to me, stating that he doesn't see "vertigo patients". This is negligent care and I want to warn others.
He is the best doctor I have!
