He takes time with his patience. Covers all aspects of your condition and makes no quick decissions when it comes to treatment. Very thorough..
So…. Waited 75 minutes in reception without music or even rotten television. We can all amuse ourselves on our phones for a little bit but 75 minutes? Then to the exam room to get my blood pressure taken. Could have done that at home before coming in!? And saved them that timely trouble. Then another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. If you choose this doctor for his expertise then, perhaps, on the day of the appointment you should call first to see how they are running. Both times I had kidney stones, I was left in the pre surgery holding area, ready and prepped and had to wait horizontal on a gurney for a half hr one time, and 45 mins the next. Terrible. Meanwhile I could hear the nurses and people in the other room talking about how it’s Dr. Pigato again “taking forever”. He treats his patients like they are paperwork to be handled. It’s all about the money!
I had Dr Pigato perform some minor outpatient surgery on me. He told me what the problem was, the solution to fix it, the amount of time to heal and what the procedure involved. He was spot on with everything and was completely pleased with his attention to detail. I was completely pleased by the whole experience and for someone who sometimes get anxiety, I never experienced any of it. I would highly recommend him.
Top notch in his field been a patient for over 15 years.Great bedside manner,very imformative I would not see another urologist.
