I saw Dr. Browder for years in his concierge practice, but due to “management changes” his amazing staff departed. They were the real heroes in that practice and it ran well, despite Browder not coming into the office until noon or 1pm. His new “admin” aka his wife, are unprofessional, doing a sub par job, don’t return calls, and Browder raised his voice and talked over me. I was shocked! Dr Browder and his staff are BY FAR the most professionally outstanding group I have ever had the pleasure to be a patient. Dr Browder has always listened intently to my wife and I, always giving us more time than we could ever expect to deserve.
