My experience with Dr. Joseph Atkin and his staff was extremely disappointing and I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere, especially if you're dealing with a sports injury. From the beginning, the clinic was chaotic and poorly managed. The front office was disorganized, failing to gather even basic information, which led to repeated confusion and delays. Joe Atkin is brilliant! He has helped me with a difficult diagnosis and rare issues throughout the years. He is prompt at answering after visit questions and he really does care about his patients. He is the first person I go to and my second opinion for everything. He is good at listening and figuring things out. I'm always impressed and trust his opinions. Grateful I found him!
The staff is prompt at checking you in; we never wait long. The MAs are kind and attentive. Dr. Atkin is thorough and makes sure all questions are addressed. He is patient and considerate. I recommend him to all my family and friends.
