Horrible follow up! Waited 2 weeks to get a follow up on my MRI results that showed negative findings. When I complained on the phone the medical staff was rude and dismissive. Dr Atkin is great when you meet with him but everything since the meeting with him has been very negative. Something needs to change if they ever want us to return.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Atkin! Nicest human ever, listens, easy to discuss any issues. All my kids love him, and many of my nieces and nephews see him and love him as well. We're all huge fans!
My experience with Dr. Joseph Atkin and his staff was extremely disappointing and I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere, especially if you're dealing with a sports injury. From the beginning, the clinic was chaotic and poorly managed. The front office was disorganized, failing to gather even basic information, which led to repeated confusion and delays. Joe Atkin is brilliant! He has helped me with a difficult diagnosis and rare issues throughout the years. He is prompt at answering after visit questions and he really does care about his patients. He is the first person I go to and my second opinion for everything. He is good at listening and figuring things out. I'm always impressed and trust his opinions. Grateful I found him!
