I highly recommend this DRs office. Nurse Audrey and tech Corey have made me feel like family for almost a year now. They are filled with compassion and love. It’s not common anymore to find people who really wants to get to know you vs treating you like a number or tasks.
I saw some older reviews about the receptionist, maybe they changed staff, however, she has always been friendly and helpful. I have not had a bad interaction with ANY of the staff in my ~2 years of them being my PCP. Also, Dr. Tozzi is very knowledgeable, and I feel like I am in good hands whenever I need to visit.
The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t catch her name because she was so busy rushing me out of the door. Disgusting service, would not recommend. Edit: Her name is Andria
Very rude front desk, wouldn’t answer a simple generic question. I would avoid this office as a new patient.
