I am writing this to share a deeply disappointing experience I had at this clinic on January 30th. I stopped by in person to schedule an appointment since I was in the neighborhood, but the treatment I received was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait. After 10 minutes passed without anyone acknowledging me, I politely approached the doctor’s assistant—a young nurse—to ask for a quick estimate of the waiting time. Extremely unprofessional! Staff will hang up in your face and ignore the phones after having you on hold for 15 minutes because they are incompetent in taking patient health needs and medical paperwork serious. RUN!! BEWARE !! Spend your time money and energy elsewhere with a medicql Professional and team who cares about their patients !
Best doctor saved my life with his diagnosis when I was feeling very ill!!!!
Dr. Racanelli is an excellent doctor and very thorough. Wish there were more doctors like him. The site states "permanently closed" but it is NOT. Verified with his office that Dr. Racanelli's office is OPEN and NOT "permanently closed".
