Takes his time and answers all my questions. Great bedside manner.
I have been seeing Dr. Lorenzetti for over 25 years. He has always been clear in his discussions about my issues. His staff have been friendly and interested in my concerns. His office was able to address a potentially life threatening issue with my wife in a very timely and thorough way. The overall office is personable and interested in our concerns.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. The quality of care is very poor. I highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.
