Dr. Heyrana is my primary care physician and has been for many years, really good bedside manners. Dr. Heyrana made me feel comfortable every time l had a appointment.
I been going to Dr. Josefina Cabahug-Heyrana for 12 years and my mother also went to her as well for as long as I can remember. She has always been a great doctor and I love the health information that she provided. It was the type of info I needed to hear in order to make sure I am the healthiest version of myself. She was a pleasant Doctor and if it wasn’t for her retiring I would have brought my kids to her when my kids got older.
Showed up at the appointed time to find the door locked, no one answering, no one picking up the phone etc. Super unprofessional and outright dangerous for any patients that can't stand outside waiting for them to show up.
Overall, this place is barely 1-star. I completed the very long questionnaire but the receptionist AND doctor asked me the same questions when I arrived (what a waste of time). They never told me to fast. The doctor was bland, not engaging and was more concerned about the unimportant questions (like what do at the gym) instead of giving me guidance on my actual medical issue. I won’t return and wouldn’t recommend. There’s too many other great doctors in VHC.
