Louise gave service and care over and above what I have experienced in any dental practice, ever - here in Canmore, in Vancouver, or in England. She is gentle, attentive, integruous. Hers was the most gentle and thorough cleaning I have ever experienced. She listens, truly listens, to a patient's needs and concerns. And she adapts her treatment to this. She is above and beyond. This was my first visit to Ascent, and I was honestly so impressed. Everyone at the office was incredibly kind and accommodating—I felt really well taken care of from start to finish. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and even gave me some helpful insight into a long-term issue I've had for years. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I’d definitely recommend them!
Very welcoming upon arriving. Appointment with Michelle was as always, professional & kind, yet comforting during a cleaning. She’s a gem. Good to have an appointment with Jose again. She is professional, thoughtful, kind and is very thorough. Another gem. Glad to hear we still can have a little chat with Pat upon arrival. Always good to catch up and have a giggle before an appointment. Customer relations is key in any industry.
