It is with great pleasure and without reservation, that I recommend Dr Jose Bonoan to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity. He cares about his patients, and he takes the time to listen. He is the true embodiment of a Medical Doctor.
Dr. Bonoan is a very competent Physician who takes the time and makes the effort to explain the various details of his diagnosis, blood work, etc. He also makes great referrals to other Doctors. The wait time in his office is acceptable and demonstrates consideration for a patients time. His office staff is very courteous, and Lillian is great at drawing blood. I have hardly felt anything when she has drawn blood from me. I highly recommend Dr. Bonoan to anyone looking for a competent PCP.
I know Dr.Bonona for over 20 years. He always talk to me and never rushed me out the door, at times when the office is busy, he's busy so you it may bother some people. But no matter what he is always listening to his patients. Overall Dr. Jose Bonoan is a good doctor.
Dr. BONOAN is always informative, caring, and patient. He spends adequate time with his patients I never feel rushed. He gives great referrals to specialist. His staff is excellent and courteous. It's easy to make appointments with him and he is available for emergencies. The wait time is excellent, you are always seen in a reasonable time frame.
Dr. Bonoan started out a very nice and caring doctor. Later after a few years of seeing him he became worse with his attitude. He seemed irritated whenever I went for an appointment his staff are very young women who are not friendly or helpful. Maybe only one. When he embarrassed me in front of them refusing to change a simple rrequest on a form I gave him I knew I would no longer have him as my internist. From good to worse only in a few years.
