Worst office I've been to in a long time. They are very rude and forget the billing side of thing, they are even worse. Still waiting for final billing from January!
I actually liked dr. Matta, dr. Lemay on the other hand, not so much. But I have to say, his office staff is rude and do not know what they're doing. They put my name into collections because they kept billing the wrong insurance company, even after my company called them to straighten it out! Perhaps if dr. Matta had a new staff and new partner, id keep.going to him.
Went to this Doctor for spotting after menopause and he told me ,"Yes, the blood is coming from inside." He told me he would insert a scope in the office even after I told him it was impossible after my previous surgeries had narrowed the opening enough to prohibit a scope except under anesthesia. His office harrassed me for almost a year to pay for a visit that was not paid by my insurance because the doctor's office submitted it wrong more than once. Dr Matta is a great doctor! His partner Dr Lemay is great too! He delivered both our children, (12yo & 10yo), he has done a couple surgeries on me and an in office biopsy, with no problems at all! He is very caring, knowledgeable and I recommend him to everyone! Office staff is very caring and nice too.
Loved Dr. Matta! I will say at first I liked Dr. Lemay better but, Dr. Matta was the one who delievered my DD. He joked around the whole time and made me feel as comfortable as one can feel during that time. My husband and I both loved him. I now drive 45 mins for my yearly cause they were so nice. I never sat in the waiting room very long. The staff there is so nice and helpful!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR HAS BEEN SUED I DONOT KNO HOW MANY TIMES. WHEN I SAW HIM, FOR BIOPSY, I SCREAMED LIKE HELL, AND I WAS 6 MONTHS WITH A URINARY INFECTION. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE
Matta is awesome! I've been going to him for years. He did a D & C when I had a miscarriage and had no problems. He also delivered my 2nd in C-section and had no problems either. He was wonderful and caring. Always took extra time to talk to me about my concerns. Lemay is his partner and she is okay. But Matta is the best!
I went to Dr. matta for a biopsy of my uterus,after that day, I developed urgency for 9 months I went back, and he said that was a side effect from the latex.(material in his gloves)I never had any reaction before. I had to go to several specialists after his visit. I did not got back to him again !never! I DO NOT RECOMEND YOU THIS DOCTOR. I do not want anyone to go thru what I went through.
