Terrible experience with this doctor and office staff. Went there 1 time and had another appointment which I waited 3 weeks for only for them to call me last minute to tell me they had no referral from my primary doctor. They claimed they called my doctor and that they had no record of me as a patient. I already had a referral from my 1st appointment that I had gone to so why didnt they tell the primary doctors office. (10 stars out of 5!) I had an appointment with Dr. Álvarez today and honestly, the service was excellent they exceeded all my expectations. I received a reminder call before my appointment, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff Kody, Andrea and the nurses Genesis, and Angie were amazing. They truly helped me feel calm and comfortable. Sometimes appointments can be stressful, but they were so kind, caring, and patient, which made a huge difference.
