The worst front staff that I have ever dealt with in my life. Several interactions in person and over the phone with constant misinformation making a simple new patient appointment a disaster that never even happened. Communication, etiquette, and professionalism is appalling and it’s unfortunate we were not even able to make it past the front desk. Great rheumatologist Kind and very knowledgeable Takes the time to listen and explains everything very clearly
I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. They seemed rushed, barely listened to my concerns, and offered little explanation for the diagnosis. I left the appointment feeling more confused than helped. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Whoever answers the phone and make the appointment is so unprofessional. Not feeling sure if I want to make an appointment with this doctor.
Now that I have moved to the eastern shore. It seems like I will be forced to find a new Rheumatologist. This is not good because my experience with Dr. Pando was bad to say the least. After every appointment, I left feeling even more confused about my condition. Things got so bad that when the pharmacy called about certain medications. I had no idea why they were prescribed to me.
