Dr. Melendez is an outstanding doctor – truly the best! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and care for his patients. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the staff and nurses. They were rude during interactions and even canceled my mom's appointment without notifying her, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It’s a shame such a great doctor is surrounded by a team that doesn't reflect his level of care.
Worse doctor ever. They don't even deserve 1 star. The staff is the worse especially the lady in the front. She is rude seems like she hates her job. She hang up the phone on me The nurses don't even know what they are doing. They lost my mom imaging results from Methodist and they are blaming on the hospital. Really???? The doctor prescribed the wrong medicine to my mom without even a diagnosis. The front lady still the same, not kind, never smile, she doesn't let you finish talking and interrupts and close the window. Very... read more

Every one there are the most sweetest people. All the lady in the front desk are so nice an so sweet
For those of you seeking a polite front óffice staff as criteria for your medical care. Dr. Melendez is better off not wasting his time and experience with you. Dr. Melendez is a gold mine of expertise and cómpassion. Thé front office is not treating you ! Get over it!
