This is a difficult review to write because Dr Martinez himself is amazing and has great bedside manner. The office in general though is very poorly managed. Good luck trying to get ahold of these people, and when you do, it takes them weeks to respond. I had issues with a medication, called and left 4 different voicemails across multiple weeks, and when I finally got a return call, it wasn't even addressing the concern I had. INPOSSIBLE to make a NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT. Still waiting....
Dr martinez seems very caring and attentive but for people with complicated medical or severe I would not recomenned. I provided the doctor with a new drug that he was to research and get back to but never did. He does not do televisit so on days you cannot drive you miss the appt and when calling for new one he is overbooked till nov and we are in June. My pulmanary wanted to speak to him personally and i dont believe he did since all you can do is leave a vm no matter what department you select. When they return the call i... read more
