My mom is a patient here and seeing how unprofessional these people are is insane. I would never come here they do not care and are extremely rude. Half the time they cancel appointments not even a notice of 24 hours in advance they do it last minute. Not to mention that when you need to call them half the time no one picks up the phone and when you complain there excuse is that they now have someone answering no they don’t. Sinceramente NO me gustó para nada el servicio. Tanto así que este año cambié de médico.
This doctor is extremely unprofessional; he never answers the phone, and his staff is terrible—you could be dying, and they wouldn't care. Never go to him. Este doctor es muy anti profesional NUNCA contestan el teléfono y sus empleados son muy malos , uno se muere y no les importa nunca valla donde el.
My experience with Dr. Lopez’s practice at Central Florida Health Care was extremely frustrating. I tried repeatedly to schedule a follow-up appointment, but the office kept claiming they needed to contact my insurance—even though my insurance confirmed multiple times that NO referral or authorization was required.
