During the course of the college years, he began to experience lower back pain that would not allow him to sit comfortably for more than 10 minutes. I hurt my back about 3 years ago, when I did this I had sciatica going down both legs. They right side sciatica I was able to deal with but my left side was crippling and my back would cramp I would stretch I tried yoga but I was still unable to run and and do basic lifting at the gym for example squats and deadlifts. He is one of the best! Very professional and gentle at the same time firm. Been seeing him for more than the last 7 years. If I do not go monthly my cervical or my lumbar requests to go. He is the best.
