I am so pleased with Dr. Joy and his office personnel! Dr. Joy is so patient and compassionate with his patients. I had an issue where I had to reach out to him during the holidays and the office was closed. He took the time to reach out to me even though he is on vacation with his family!!! I do not know of many doctors that would do that!!! Thank you Dr. Joy and staff for being so special!!! Your name really suits you because you truly are a joy in your patient’s lives!!!
Great doctor but unfortunately the pay wall in front of him is pretty tall The doctor is truly a great doctor and has amazing bedside manner but the stuff needs a long look in a mirror. My mother contacted the office for them to fill out a document needed for her disability. The staff immediately starting coming up with excuses “oh, well you haven’t been here in a year” my mother had been in the office less than 5 months ago (during Covid).
