Was treated very unprofessionally and very rude by Nurse in office staff
Dr jose J Monsivais is one #1 doctor I know him for few years he done few surgeries on me and my children and I honestly he one the best doctors he love care n care for all his patients . I trust since I meet him . I am process going back to see him again soon my children and love the good doctor he is. Looking forward for him to take care of my grandchildren near future if necessary ..I recommend him as #1 Othopedic hand surgeon in El paso Tx n America . The time waiting to be seen is not good. I have, along with other unfortunate folks, sat in the lobby for hours (not an exaggeration), but his knowledge and ability to make my condition better, as well as what amazing work he did for my husband, makes him one of the best, and for those of us in legit pain, it's worth a few miserable hours in his lobby for relief you KNOW will come.
The wait isn't the best but it is honesy worth it. He takes his time to explain and answer any questions you may have. By far one of the best doctors I have encountered.
My main problem is trying to call the office to setup an appt, confirm an appt, change an appointment, or questions in general. It is vey, very unprofessional and unacceptable that I have had to reach their answering service most every single time and they are lousy at returning phone calls. So, with that being said, if client cannot make contact, how can they expect you to pay for a missed apptt. If this were to happen with me, I will not pay a fee for their problem which they need to fix.
