Went to Baptist West Kendall ER with my 91 yr. old mother who had been diagnosed with Shingles. Dr. Pagliery was very knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. I ran into him at the Cafeteria and he inquired about her and took the time to speak to me and recommend a follow up doctor. I only go to the ER when there is an emergency but the times I have been doctors tend to be rough and do not explain much.
