Dr. Guitian was my cardiologist for a few years when he was located at West Florida hospital things were pretty routine with no issues til I had an issues and he performed a heart cath in which he definitely messed up and it took hours because he was so uninformed about my previous condition with my heart , although he had my records. Worst Cardiologist we ever had for my husband...many reasons! Do not recommend and because he is the doctor thinks no one else who has medical background knows anything. My husband was "assigned " to Jose Guitan after Dr. George Aycock retired. Dr. Aycock was a superb cardiologist !
