I was referred to Dr. Jose Odones through the VA, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice without proper notice, yet I was never informed ahead of time. On two separate occasions, I showed up for my scheduled appointments only to be told that they had been changed. Old lady at the front does not like her job. No greeting and does not say a word just stares at you until you say something. Customer service is terrible.

I was EARLY for my appointment after reading all the other reviews. I had what literally should have amounted to a 5-10 minute appointment. Take out the spinal cord stimulator trial and give me an appointment for the placement of the permanent one. A “nurse” removed the trial leads in my back by 2:10. Appointment was 2:00pm. All good. Waiting room was PACKED, just like everyone else who has had an issue. I even gave up my chair to a lady more handicapped than I am. Unfortunately Dr. Dones does not care about his patients. I went in to see him about my back and he said, this and this is wrong with you but it’s nothing. Lose weight and eat better and you’ll be fine. He didn’t care to hear about the pain I was having and didn’t care about any of my symptoms. He rushed me out of the room and pretty much dismissed all of my problems.
