I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my appointment was handled by this office. My referral paperwork clearly listed my appointment time as 3:00 PM. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that the appointment time was “tentative” and claimed she had left me a voicemail stating the appointment had been changed to 12:00 PM. Mind you, the office closes at 5:00 PM, yet I received the voicemail at 5:57 PM and immediately returned the call at 5:58 PM. After 2 years I'm still having issues after my surgery. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I do not recommend this doctor. My first and second toes are still numb and I am experiencing drop foot after having surgery with this doctor. I am in constant pain and his bedside manners are horrible. When I explained to him my issues he did not care. His answer was time was going to heal my issues well after 2 years time has not healed my issues. I wonder if this has happened to anybody else?
Dr. Jose Dones is a great surgeon. He did surgery on my lumbar spine and I couldn't believe how my pain level went from 9 down to 2 in just a months time. Then after I was in a car accident 7 months later all my pain and more was back. I was taken by ambulance to the ER and was admitted. The next morning Dr. Dones came to see me and told me, I had to have another surgery. The accident (her fault not mine) had un-did all his work, plus more. 5 weeks later now, I am doing great thanks to him. Thank you Dr. Dones.
I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent appointment with Dr. Jose Dones Vazquez. I was referred by my Dr. for a neurological evaluation due to ongoing pain and my history of severe back injuries. During the appointment, the visit lasted only a few minutes.
