The office staff is really RUDE and insensitive! I needed follow-up care but they said I had a balance and I needed to take care of it before I could get an appointment.They told me to make payment arrangements and I did that and after the 1st payment they still wouldn't give me an appointment saying I needed to pay it off first. I am taking prednisone and I needed a follow-up to have my dosage reduced and I am still taking the prednisone not knowing if I'm taking too much. The manner in which the scheduling staff spoke to me and demanded copies/cds of my previous scans in order to proceed with a visit was extremely sassy and demeaning. No direction or help in letting me know where to begin, just letting me know that I’d need to have them. I’m shocked with the level of unprofessionalism and lack of care or concern for patients. I feel bad for a great doctor who hires staff that ruins the image for HIS good practice.
Dr A is the best, my wife is a long term patient and he takes such good care of her. He has kept my baby breathing and alive now for almost 7 years.
Love, love, LOVE this guy! I am very fortunate to have been seen by Dr. Aristizabal when I was admitted with Asthma. Ever since then, he has been my go-to for all things pulmonary.
