The manner in which the scheduling staff spoke to me and demanded copies/cds of my previous scans in order to proceed with a visit was extremely demeaning. Good doctor, bad office staff.

The office staff is really RUDE and insensitive! I needed follow-up care but they said I had a balance and I needed to take care of it before I could get an appointment.They told me to make payment arrangements and I did that and after the 1st payment they still wouldn't give me an appointment saying I needed to pay it off first. I am taking prednisone and I needed a follow-up to have my dosage reduced and I am still taking the prednisone not knowing if I'm taking too much.
