I had an unfortunate experience at Advent Health ER and Dr. Jose Barquin, Director of Emergency Medicine at Advent’s North Pinellas location, called me immediately, and showed genuine contrition and compassion in resolving the issue. Dr. Barquin was polite and caring, a careful listener, decisive, and exceedingly professional. My genuine appreciation to him and Mr. Shaw for changing a negative experience into a positive one.
