Dr Arcay is hands down the BEST DENTIST I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my life. It’s only taken me 35 years to find him. He’s young, sharp (profoundly knowledgeable), kind, complimenting, wise beyond his years, aware, sincere… so I will have him forever now. The staff is also EXCELLENT!!! Everyone in there truly cares- Go save your smile with Dr Arcay!!!!
My very elderly father went to see Dr. Arcay for a new top plate dentures. He was fitted for his plate and had to go back numerous times to get it adjusted. My father had to deal with many sores in his mouth, constant pain from the dentures that didn’t fit correctly . He consulted with Dr Arcay several times and explain that they hurt his mouth, but it went on deaf ears. Dr. Arcay and his staff are absolutely amazing! He is so knowledgeable and so good at what he does. They took care of me with such professionalism and the office is so fun and vibrant. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist now.
Pretty disappointed with my experience with Dr. Arcay. Felt that he lacked attention to details and he tried performing a procedure that probably should have been done by an oral surgeon. On top of this his behavior seemed off which made me a bit uncomfortable. Not recommended
I have had the WORST experience with this office obtaining a refund of an overpayment. I started requesting my overpayment months ago and have since moved out of state. I continually get the runaround and no check ever arrives in the mail. My new dentist was able to issue a refund within a week of my request. There is no excuse for this! I am considering involving an attorney at this point.
