Very unprofessional. Did not listen was too much in a hurry
This was my first encounter with Dr. Alicea. He did nothing to engender trust or patient connection. He was overly pragmatic and did not use the people skills one would expect in a people profession. I walked away with the same pain, a prescription I didn’t need, and an experience that was disappointing.
Disregarded me upon entry, he was rude talked over me And left me in the room w out even telling me the appointment was over. Left balling my eyes out at the situation and complained to his director or supervisor that was in office. Beyond unprofessional And heartbreaking when a professional treats you this way in HEALTH care. Heard from my primary this is not the first time he does this to his patients!
