I saw him 10 years ago when my problems first started. I had massive head and neck pain due to a fall and I couldn't be in the light and a whisper hurt my head. We sat in the waiting room, on multiple occasions, for 2+ hours waiting to be called back. My husband asked if we could reschedule after it had been an hour and they told him it would cost us $50 since it isn't 24 hour notice. Experienced conic pain for over 2 years after shoulder surgerys. 1st refered to neurologist who recommended 2nd shoulder surgery didn't see problem with spine. Dr Matus however located problem in the neck, administered shots and relieved pain! The most thorough exam I have ever experienced. Found the problem and eased the pain without pills.
