I truly hope Dr. Cortes never retires because I want him to be my doctor for life. I have never been to a doctor that displays so much care and compassion for his patients. I moved to Las Vegas but he has still been available for me in times of need. He always takes his time answering all my questions and I never feel rushed at his office. Wait times of over an hour, with no apology. Misses prescriptions, erratic office hours, no one ever answers the phone. Deeply disappointing. On top of this, the office staff is combative and negligent.
Dr. Cortes is knowledgeable, personable, great to work with, and very detail oriented. I can’t recommend him enough!
