Temporarily Closed? No word to the patients or even a message left on your answering machine? Poor business practices here as well as 90% of doctors and doctors offices in Lufkin. This and many other reasons is why I am moving my mom to Houston so she can receive the medical care she pays for.
Dr Capellan took excellent care of my husband. He was highly recommended to us when we were seeking another pulmonologist. We could not have been more pleased. We had complete trust in him. He was caring, took time to honestly answer any questions, and was very personable. Responses to emergencies were immediate, from Dr Capellan as well as his staff. I highly recommend Dr Capellan to anyone seeking a pulmonologist
Would give a zero if I could. Was given a referral by ER. Called the location personally advised if information, even though I had the ERs drs referrals in hand was told couldn't even talk to me unless my primary Dr sent referral. Then jennifer or someone would call me back. Seen my Dr got 2 ND referral called them back as they never called me. Btw I have excellent insurance, I called them they said absolutely I can see any Dr, no referral needed.. this time phone message said pretty much through the day they were closed. As... read more
