The doctor in the office is great at his job and cares. It’s the staff that doesn’t care. The front desk barely answers the phone, you’re going to call it at two to three times to get and answer. If you are using it for the VA to get claim documents… DONT!!! I have requested my records since November of 2023 and they still haven’t gotten them to me. I've had two appointments with Dr. Canedo in the past (that I can remember) after suffering a TBI. Of all the doctors who I've had to see, he is BY FAR the best doctor to listen and even attempt to understand what I was trying to say. I don't recall the wait time, but I will say that he does take time with the patients to give the best care that he can provide. And if that puts him behind in his scheduling, so be it. I'm thankful for his attention and care.
They are refusing to provide me with my medical records.
