My husband recently seen in this office was a terrible experience. Long wait time and didn't have no medical records on hand. This was a waste of time. The Dr. stated "how can I treat you without your records", I asked, why you didn't reach out to let us know". Also, my husband was referred by VA. I'm requesting another doctor. Don't go there it's a nightmare.
They illegally have my records as a patient. I reported them as I am NOT a patient of theirs and yet somehow I received a bill for labs run from this office. I am not even a patient here and when speaking with the front desk to rectify this issue, they never did so. They somehow illegally obtained my records and sent me a bill and refused to explain how they got my records. Your medical records aren't safe here and they operate illegally. Do NOT go here.
Requesting records from this office is a nightmare! They say it takes 3 weeks to get your records, you wait 4 and then they say there is no request. "VA requests" are from a third party and they do not have to abide by their timeframe.
My husband went to him for years and his wife called and said she had to cancel all of his appointments and we never heard from them again
