Requesting records from this office is a nightmare! They say it takes 3 weeks to get your records, you wait 4 and then they say there is no request. "VA requests" are from a third party and they do not have to abide by their timeframe.
My husband went to him for years and his wife called and said she had to cancel all of his appointments and we never heard from them again

The doctor in the office is great at his job and cares. It’s the staff that doesn’t care. The front desk barely answers the phone, you’re going to call it at two to three times to get and answer. If you are using it for the VA to get claim documents… DONT!!! I have requested my records since November of 2023 and they still haven’t gotten them to me.
