The physicians in this group maybe great and I have referred many of our residents to them. However the front desk staff are DEFINITELY not Baptist Health employee material. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was hung up on, talked to using street slang and even slammed the window in my residents face. The patients who go to this office deserve better.
