Dr. Luengas has been my doctor for the last six or seven years. He has been the most compassionate, warm, and above all listening, Dr. I have ever run across. He sincerely cares about what his patients are feeling and what they are experiencing so that he can do his very best to address the concerns. Poor experience with a recent preventive visit where I explicitly asked to advise me if there were any expenses for items not covered under our preventive medical. Unfortunately they seem too busy to care about this level of detail and had blood work and tests performed that were not covered. Very poor experience with the office staff and lack of following through on items. Doctor did not honor our discussion so please be careful unless you like surprises.
This man is a saint, he's companionate takes all the time you need without making you feel rushed. Trust him completely. Great man.......
