I love Dr. Martinez and have an upcoming appointment. I needed to cancel it and the phone is no longer in service. Does anyone know how I can obtain my records?
Dr Martinez has been our family's (Grandmother, mother, husband, daughter & myself) cardiologist for many years. He always listened and explained things thoroughly. Love his staff and their care of the patients. I completely trusted him & now that he is planning to retire ~ I wish him well & we will miss his care.
A a practicing physician myself, I am disgusted by Dr Martinez' care and office practice. Exam superficial and misdirected apparently intended to generate additional testing revenue. If that isn't enough, he refused to discuss a serious issue I had with his staff and had a proxy suggest I find another doctor without any update or comment. That is abandonment and is reprehensible. Find another office
This cardiologist is a clown. Believes his opinion is God sent and cannot be challenged or second guessed under any circumstance. . After dealing with him once, I wouldn't wanted him to treat me if we were camping alone and I keeled over from a heart attack. There are many competent cardio docs in Syracuse. This guy ain't one of them.
Dr. Martinez's office is friendly, comfortable and easily accessible. The staff is welcoming and efficient. I never have to wait to be seen. Sometimes I go to sit down and get called in before I hit the chair! Dr. Martinez is extremely friendly, thorough, takes time with you and always happy to answer your questions.
I am still waiting for results. He never called me and when he promised to call I waited but he never called very disappointed.
Complained of shortness of breath every visit, never did a chest xray.
Dr Martinez listened to my symptoms and concerns, scheduled appropriate tests and reviewed the results in detail. He was very patient in discussing treatments available and answering questions. I was very confident that he was able to cover all issues. I liked him very much.
Dr Martinez explains very well with visual aids. He is patient and listens to our questions. Excellent visit!
