I've been going to this doctor for over 2 yars now. I have no complaints whatsoever about him he's amazing. However, everytime I call to make an appointment the receptionists give me a rude attitude for no reason. I know this is not the way Dr.Flores would want his patients to be talked to. Best believe I will have a little chat with my specialist when I see him again. It's unacceptable for them to talk to his patients that way! 😡
Made me feel like a spec of dirt ! For only having a 9 cm cyst instead of cancer ! Piece of advise to the young lady student doctor just because you are a genius you don't let it go to your head ! Always treat your patients with DIGNITY ! NEVER talk loud behind the door about your patient like if they do not exist ! And say ( THESE PEOPLE JUST WANT !!!!!!!!!!) He is a little dry and blunt but if you want a Dr who Knows what he is doing and actually does his Job ... i recommend him.. he is at the hospital to see his patients every day even on weekends and actually goes in the room and sees them ... not like some of the other ones... That peek and just leave...
