Our dad was diagnosed with an aggressive form lung cancer in late 2022. It had spread to his liver and chemotherapy stopped working he was referred to Dr Chaves in early 2024 for a second opinion and to look at clinical trial options. Best doctor I have ever had. I was diagnosed with colon cancer and given a very bad prognosis. Dr Chaves did everything possible and now I am in remission. He sometimes does have a bit of a wait time but it is because he takes his time and really listens. He is never rushed and with other doctors I always feel like they are hurrying to get through the day. With Dr Chaves I have never felt rushed! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best care and saw the best surgeons possible.
