Esta officina no se la recomiendo las persona que trabajan al frente. No saben lo que están haciendo ni le importa como ayudarles. Solo para mandar una ordenes al seguro para análisis de sangre tube que llamar 3 veces porque nadie sabía como hacer su trabajo ahora por eso tengo que pagar 1400 de análisis porque no incluyeron todas las órdenes al principio so cuando pregunte al seguro si todo estaban cubierto me dijieron que si pero como no mandaron todo bien el seguro no vio los análisis que no cubrían. I like to say that Dr. Jorge Díaz is the best doctor ever. And Juan also is a very nice person. I don’t have any complaint about him. But he seriously must change the guy at front desk, he is very rude with the patients in person and by phone, I wish the doctor take this seriously, and change this person at the from desk. I’m not the only patient that complain about this guy.

Dr. Díaz it’s an amazing provider, I can’t say the same with his front office staff and his office manager. They are rude and unprofessional with his patient. They are disorganize, they don’t know how to speak to patients professionally.
