After several NIGHTMARE attempts to meet with an ENT I was pleasantly surprised by this doctor and his staff. No packed waiting rooms, No excessive ‘pre payment’ required to get an appointment, No rude receptionist or hours spent waiting to be seen! I was checked in by courteous staff members, interviewed by others, and taken to an exam room within 20 minutes of arrival even though I arrived early. Had impacted ears and ear pain for months with trouble hearing. Dr. Arango was very helpful, informative, polite, and answered all my questions. Haven’t been able to hear this good in months and no more ear pain. Thank you for your help Dr. Arango. Medical assistants were also very nice and helpful. Was in and out in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr. Arango is truly an outstanding physician! He is knowledgeable, experienced, and takes the time to listen with sincerity and compassion. His bedside manner is excellent—he makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in your treatment. The office staff is equally wonderful: always friendly, polite, and very helpful. Scheduling is easy, and you don’t have to wait long to get an appointment, which is almost unbelievable these days. I highly recommend Dr. Arango and his clinic to anyone in need of an ENT specialist.
