Dr Arango was very unprofessional and rude to my grandma. After waiting 6 months for the appointment and waiting for more that 2hrs inside the room just to get seen and screamed at by the dr was very disrespectful. We made the appointment for an ear cleaning and as soon as he walked into room it felt like he was discriminating us because of our insurance and said that he will not due the cleaning today he would only check the ears and that we would have to make another appointment. This practice always answers the phone and is able to work with your schedule. I love how they still have you call the office when you arrive. This way, you're not sitting in a cramped office. All the staff is very courteous and Dr. Arango is very patient. I've never felt rushed and he listens! Unlike other physicians. He will not perform any unnecessary procedures. He will refer you to additional specialists if needed. There is no guessing games with him. I 100% recommend this practice.
