I'm the close friend of a patient named Brandon P. I have been encouraging him to speak up about he is treated. On June 24th, he arrives more than 15minutes early(10:40am) for his appointment at 11am (as they asked) and checked in. At 11:15am he goes to the desk and ask about the delay, after watch others called back soon after arriving. One assistant says I told them but they didn't respond.
