I am absolutely dissapointed with the lack of knowledge the representatives have, I had an appt with Dr. mohanal and the rep for his celebration office was completely clueless on where it was located because she “doesn’t work there” and is unable to help me - she gave the wrong address too which was 410 celebration place. I had to circle around the whole medical city to find it. My husband Arthur and I visited the office today to address some issues he has been having with getting new prescriptions filled.. We asked to speak with a Supervisor which was Zenith Comas the practices Office Manager. I want to say that she was most professional and extremely empathetic to my husband's needs.
