The experience in Dr. Jorge Fernandez's office was terrible. The staff that makes the calls has no empathy towards the patients. They do not have manners or feel the slightest need to make patients feel comfortable. They made me sign a paper with an extravagant sum for the birth of my baby and they told me that I had to pay it before 20 weeks, which I was gathering to be able to do it despite the high amount they charge even with medical insurance. Excelente equipo de trabajo, profesionales y humanos.
Muy mal trato hacia los pacientes no hay profesionalidad te dejan en el teléfono por media hora te cuelgan y después no te contestan en mi caso me han pasado varias veces y llevo más de 6 años atendiéndome porque siempre he dejado pasar todo porque el doctor es un amor pero el staff no tiene ninguna profesionalidad no les interesa si el paciente tiene una necesidad o si se siente mal o no simplemente no contestan y ya no me atiendo más allí no lo recomiendo para nada
